What the platform does
Owners and their representatives can submit an anonymized opportunity. Buyers can register acquisition mandates. MergerMatch compares geography, industry, deal size, and control or minority structure, then routes possible matches privately. It is not a public business-for-sale directory.
Matching is free. MergerMatch Rooms and sale-preparation tools are separate, optional products. A match is a potential lead, not an investment recommendation or a guarantee that a transaction will complete.
Who publishes the guides
